At present, the house does not have a completed water supply system. Water from a local water source runs on the opposite side of the road. The future owner will need to install the water supply to the house, as well as a septic tank or wastewater treatment system.

Yabalka can be reached by asphalt road. The final approximately 1 km to the property is along a maintained unpaved mountain road, also used by permanent residents of the area. A vehicle with higher ground clearance is recommended for this section.
